llumichat was created in March 2005 driven to create a chat network which embraced the correct combination of professional standards with a friendly approach. Built off a solid server core providing fully-featured Services, Illumichat also offers the support of a highly experienced IRC staff team.

Illumichat is an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) network created to provide a safe chat environment with responsive IRC Operators (IRCops). Illumichat is a private, moderated network, and reserves the right to deny access to this server to any user, host, or domain without warning or explanation. We also reserve the right to scan all connecting clients for open proxies, SOCKS and/or Wingates. There are no fees required to use any server linked to Illumichat, or to register nicknames and/or channels. Before connecting to the network, we expect users to read, understand and comply with the terms listed in this Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)."
